Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

            The main objectives of this research are : 1) To study the management of the school to support to ASEAN's Model School Development towards an ASEAN Community 2) To examine problems and proposed solutions research. By the query. Collect data from a sample population of teachers, administrators and staff of 214 people, the statistics used in the social science data analysis software packages. The results showed that

            Management as perceived by school administrators, teachers and staff. Overall, the high level and was classified as the finds. The opinions of the administrators, teachers, and staff that management education. Overall level in the study plan. Overall level  for the preparation of the index. Overall level and assessing results. Overall level

               Regarding to suggestions 1) management education. School administrators in the study area. Should be a systematic strategic planning process, How to plan a strategy. The current study. Problems and needs. Analyze the state of education. The vision and objectives.

            2) the study plan. The school curriculum. Should be the mission of the school administrators. It is the master of the school. Process operations such as I should be out of vision, mission, goals and desirable features. Should I run out of material to learn and learning to expect the year. Should be designed to learn and so on.

            3) The preparation of the index. Media as a tool to promote learning in a fun learning process for learners with skills. The standard features of the area and knowledge of the curriculum effectively.

            4) The evaluation of the evaluation is to determine whether the student is qualified, however. Points are based on the measurement is compared with a preset threshold, then the conclusion that the quality of the students and adopt teaching and learning.
