Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

                The objectives of this research are: (1) To study the administration according to Good Governance of group 1 in Pathumthani Primary Education Service area Office 1. (2) To compare the application of Good Governance administration according to Good Governance of group 1 in pathumthani primary education service area office 1 The independent based variables. (3) To study. The suggestion for using principles of administration according to Good Governance of group 1 in pathumthani primary education service area office 1. There are 127 samples .The questionnaires were the data collecting tools. There are three parts of the questionnaires, Part 1 is the personal data of the one who answers the questions. Part 2 is the measuring and assessing the opinions of questionnaires with 5 level at the reliability of 0.91 and Part 3 is the questionnaires about the held by the administrator about the Good Governance. The data analysised by social scientific program to find out the frequency, the percentage,the standardized derivation and            t - test.

                     The research findings as follow:

                     1. The levels of school administration according to Good Governance of group 1 in pathumthani primary education service area office1 in 6 aspects were overall best. When it’s considered in aspect, it found that the average scores were highest in every area. It’s ordered from most to less level like the morality, responsibility, moderate legality, involvement, transparency and value .

                     2. The results of hypothesis testing found that the administrators and teachers with the differences of sex, age, qualification and working experience. There was administration in accordance with good governance principles differently were not statistically different .05 level which were not met the assumptions that the administrators and teachers with the differences of sex, age, qualification and working experience. There was administration in accordance with good governance principles differently. The administrators and teachers were different positions and administration with the statistically different 0.05 level which meet to the assumptions that the administrators and teachers were different positions and administration based on good governance.

                     3. The suggestion to Administration based on Good Governance Principles of the institute administrators who could take an importance of the teachers’ comments and suggestions to be considered in positive and negative points and could use the good governance in their working complying with the government policy a lot. The administrators should give the support, knowledge, and understanding of the administration based on Good Governance Principles and should have to enable the surround community show their ideas or commendations which they need to improve the institute and should campaign the loving of their old local and school in the community such as organizing the positive activities that school students’ parents involved frequently.
