Abstract

                      The purpose of research was to study and compare  “The Role of Buddhist Line School Administrator in Bangkok  Education Service Area Office 2” The samples consisted of 252 administrator and teachers .The tools of research were the constructed questionnaires and used for data collection. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage and standard deviation and One–way Analysis of Variance was used to test the significant differences at 0.05 level.

                      The research findings were as follows:   

The Role of Buddhist Line School Administrator in Bangkok  Education Service Area Office 2, as a whole, was found to be in the high level. With the mean value of 3.95 and when considering each aspect of the role, it was found that the mean values of all aspects were in high level with the following orders : physical aspect, atmosphere and interaction aspect, teaching and learning aspect, activity and life basics aspect, administration and management aspect,

For the comparison of the role of administrator of Buddhist Line School in Bangkok  Education Service Area Office 2, by their personal factors according to the opinions of administrator and teachers, it was found that 

1.        Administrator and teachers with different sex, age, educational level, positions, were significantly different in their opinions towards the role of administrator of Buddhist Line School in Bangkok  Education Service Area Office 2,  at 0.05 level. Which accepted the proposed hypothesis.

2.        Administrator and teachers of different, experiences were not significantly different in their opinions towards the role of administrator of Buddhist Schools in Bangkok  Education Service Area Office 2, and thus rejecting the proposed hypothesis.

3.        For Administrator and teachers of different size Buddhist schools, it were found that the administrator and teachers of the middle size schools and large size schools and extra large size schools were significantly different in their opinions towards the role of administrator of Buddhism schools at 0.05 level   thus rejecting the proposed hypothesis.
