Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The Objectives of this Research were to Study the Administration Problems in the Coeducational Pali School of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province, to comparatively study the administrative problems in the coeducational Pali School of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province and to study suggestions and solutions of the administrative problems in the coeducational Pali school of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province. The population of the study was comprised of 250 personnel of Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province and out of these 184 ones were selected as the sample of the study obtained  by  a Stratified Random Sampling Method based on the sample-sized table of R.V.Krejcie & D.W.Morgan and the Data was Analyzed by a Computer Program in Social Sciences.

 

The Results of the study were as follow Findings:  

1. The Condition of the Administrative Problems in the Coeducational Pali School of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province in five aspects was generally more and while individually considering it was found that the aspect of evaluation was more, the runner-up was the aspect of teachers and the least was  the aspect of the teaching and learning support.

2. The Administrative Problems in the Coeducational Pali School of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province in five aspects were more and while individually considering it was found that the most was the curriculum aspect, the runner-up was the teaching and learning activity and the least was the teaching and learning support.

3. The Comparison of the Administrative condition in the Coeducational Pali School of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province classified according to status, age, educational qualification, present position and experience it was generally found not to be significantly different and individually considering it was also found not to be significantly different. To the qualification of Dhamma and Pali it was found to be significantly different at 0.05 level.

4. The Comparison of the Administrative Problems in the Coeducational Pali School of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province classified according to status, educational qualification, present position and experience it was generally and individually found not to be significantly different and it was  found that the  comparison of the Administrative Problems in the coeducational Pali school of  Phrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  Province classified according to age to be generally found Significantly different  at 0.05 level.
