Abstract

  The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the concept of the Sangha Administrative Organization; 2) to study the Sangha Administrative Organization of Phrarajadhammasarasudhee (Dheeranggoon Dheerangguro) 3) to analysis the concept of Sangha Administrative of Phrarajadhammasarasudhee (Dheeranggoon Dheerangguro)  Organization. This research was the qualitative research. The methodology based on the documentary research and the in-depth interview with the 10 key Informants. The data analysis was collaborated with the context by the content analysis technique.

The research findings were as follows:-
1) The Sangha Administrative Organization found that there were 2 acts of legislation as follow: the act of 2505 edition, and the act of 1992 revised edition. In the act identified the duty and power of the Abbot clearly by the six aspects of the Administration Aspect, The Religious Studies Aspects, The Educational Support Aspect, The Buddhism Propagation Aspect, The Public Services Aspect, and The Public Welfare Aspect.
    2) The Sangha Administrative Organization of Phrarajadhammasarasudhee (Dheeranggoon Dheerangguro were as follows:
The Administration Aspects found that the master focused on the two functions; the first duty was the abbot of Watmahabuddharam, using the regulations to control monks and the novices in the temple, and the other duty was the deputy dean of Sisaket Province manipulated and screening duty in work stoppages of Sangha monks at Sisaket Province in various positions, and participate with the Ecclesiastical Province Governor to solve the problems about the Sangha administrative organization.
The Religious Studies Aspects found that the abbot had already set up a policy for educational provision of Vinaya Dhamma and Pali studies and training course for the new monk in the administrative district, including support to the education of the monks and the novices and the ecclesiastical officials in Sisaket Province and also managed Sisaket University.
The Education Support Aspect found that the abbot had set up a fund for education for the monks, novices and students in general with the scholarship every year, also supporting the kids to study at the temple. The abbot had conduct as a lecturer beyond the undergraduate monks as well as a director of The Sisaket Buddhism University.
The Buddhism Propagation Aspect found that the abbot promoted the Buddha doctrines to all over population. Watmahabuddharam had already located as the number one and the center of the monks ambassador of the Dhamma institute of Sisaket Provincial. Regarding to the University of Priests, Sisaket Buddhism University was the best organization which produced the exquisite Buddhist missionaries to the public.
The Public Services Aspect found that the abbot had developed Watmahabuddharam effectively and also Wat Ban A-Lang whose hometown he was born, including being the significance of The Sisaket Buddhism University developer. 
The Public Welfare Aspect found that the abbot provided the useful activities to the public by leading the Sanghas, the government sector, and Sisaket population donated the consumer goods to help those who suffer from natural disasters and also contributed to the people who were affected by the other disasters.

3) The concept of the Sangha Administrative Organization of  Phrarajadhammasarasudhee (Dheeranggoon Dheerangguro were applied the management with the Buddhism doctrine such as the Four holy abidings, the Seven Sappurisa-dhamma, the States of conciliation 4, including legal principles and the personal concept, such as the Professors and the Students concept, Son and Daughter supporting education Concept, Fund for Education concept; Immobilized Freezing concept; Stepped away from the Basic concept; Insignificant but Shady concept; Benefit not Occurred from Damage concept; Sudden moving - Arriving the point concept; and finally the management principles according to idea of Phrarajadhammasarasudhee (Dheeranggoon Dheerangguro) concept.
The suggestions for the Sanghas should apply the concept of Phrarajadhammasarasudhee (Dheeranggoon Dheerangguro) and integrated the Ecclesiastical Province Governor, developed the Buddhism doctrine and followed the concept of Phrarajadhammasarasudhee (Dheeranggoon Dheerangguro) in all aspects.
