The Administration Following Aparihaniyadhamma of Khon kaen Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

  The main objectives of this research were – (1) to study personal factors of respondents, (2) To study the opinion of employees towards Administration by the Aparihaniyadhamma of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization, (3) To compare the opinions of employees on the administration by the main Aparihaniyadhamma of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization, classified by sex, age, level of education, jobs, government, income, and experience, (4) To study guidelines for development of the administration of  Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization. This research study was conducted by the Mixed Method, Quantitative Research and Qualitative research. The populations of this research were Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization staff of 135 people. The research tool was a questionnaire. Completed data were analyzed using SPSS for Social Science Research to determine the frequency, Percentage, Mean, S.D., t-test, and the Analysis One way ANOVA. And for the Qualitative research interviews were conducted using as a research tool an In- Depth interview form with Key informants number 5 persons and the Content Analysis was presented in a descriptive form.  

The findings of this study are as follows:
1) Most respondents were male aged 50-49 years, the level of education was bachelor’s degree, employed in the government service, have an official position, having an income of 20,000 baht or more, timing of tenure 1-5 years.
2) Staff reviews the administration by the main Aparihaniyadhamma of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization were at the highest level (X ̅ = 4.56) when considered each side it was found that the opinion of employees towards Administration by the Aparihaniyadhamma were at the highest level on all sides. On average of descending order are: Obeisance to the bosses, honor the Protection of Women's Rights, aspect to promote and preserve the cultural and traditional morality, aspects of good protection, the aspect of simultaneously meeting, the aspect of regular meeting, and the aspect of non-canonical arbitrary or abandonment provisions following order.
3) Regarding the employees with gender difference and different sections opinions to the administration by the main Aparihaniyadhamma of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization displayed the difference of idea, and different hypothesis. The staff with age, level of education, job, monthly income, and the lifetime difference, there are opinion to the administration by the main Aparihaniyadhamma of Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization not different, therefore reject the hypothesis.
4) Guidelines on the management of Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization found that it should strengthen knowledge and understanding to employees in the side navigating Aparihaniyadhamma 7 used to working for even more, should encourage the participation of more than work for their own benefit, not exploitation of the job, should be carefully selected personnel with knowledge meets the characteristics of work, should encourage and support employees administration of Khon Kaen have the opportunity to develop their ability to work both in the organization and outside the organization even more. And should create a development environment to work, contributing to the work and activities of the organization to develop to be modern and more attractive.
