The Attitude of Administrator,teacher and Parent of Student towards Educational Buddhist Administration of Buddhist School : A Case Study of Chumchon School 11, Watsuwanpradit,Muang , Phitsanulok

Abstract

              The purpose of this research was to study the attitudes of school administrators, teachers and parent of the students towards the educational administration for the school of Buddhist ways, and also to compare their attitudes for the school of Buddhist ways at the Chumchon  School 11, Watsuwanpradit. 240 subjects sued for this research were 16 school administrators teachers, and 224 parent of the students. The instrument utilized was questionnaires collected by the researcher. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested using t-test for the variation ranking in 2, and f-test or one way ANOVA for the ranking in 3 onwards when finding the differences in pair comparison at the least significant different (LSD).

             Findings of the research were as follows:

1.       Most of the subjects answered the questionnaire were females of

62.90 %, 94.20% were parents of the students. 40% of them were older than 45 years. 47.92% of them completed elementary education and they were related to students as parents 63.33%.

             2. The attitudes of the school administrator, teachers and parent of the students towards the school administration for the school of Buddhist ways at the Chumchon  School 11, Watsuwanpradit in 7 combined images were at 4.10 of the average. The average for each side in academic affairs was at 4.08, 4.06 for personnel, student affairs were at 4.06. Administrative, financial and article aspects were at 4.10 and buildings were at 4.13. As for the relationships between school and community were at 4.06, and also for the ethical side was at towards the educational administration for the school of Buddhist ways at Chumchon  School 11, Watsuwanpradit in combined images were at an excellent level, and for each side was also high.

      3. When compared the attitudes of the administrators, teachers and parent of the students to the educational administrators according to the school of Buddhist ways in the Chumchon  School 11, Watsuwanpradit classified individually in an agreement with different thoughts were significant statistics at .05 and they agreed with the hypotheses settled. As for their differences in sexes, educational levels revealed that they had no different attitudes that were not in accordance with the hypotheses set.
