ABSTRACT

The objecfives of this study were to : 1) study public participation to stratigy planning of Dongmoonlek local government organization, Muang District, Phetchabun 2) compane public opinions towards public participation of strategy planning of Dongmoonlek local government organization, and 3) study problems, obshacles, and proposed suggestion for public participation to stratigy planning of Dongmoonlek local government organization

The study  reveal mixed method research of quantitative and qualitive oppraoches. The samples for quant to tive were 384 from 9,590 persences living in the area of Dongmoonlek local government organization area, Taro yamane for mular was need for somples. The ofateifios used were forgmency, percentage, mean, T-test, F-test, ANOVA, and least significant diffenesce –LSD. The qualitafive research used in3depth interview from key informant. The content analysis teachnigue was opplied for contest

The study results research that :

1. The sample opinions Towards public pasticipation to strategy planning of Dongmoonlek local government organeration show the overall value at high level with (  = 3.96), to consinder each part’s value, the particition to decision marking was at  (  = 4.00), particition to follow-up and asseasment at (  = 3.96), particition to operation at   (  = 3.95), and particition to planning at (  = 3.88).

2. The comparative study on simples opinions Towards participat.

To strategy planning of Dongmulek local government organization showed that the sample With different age, education, and in were showed significance of opiniaions  at 0.05 of showed vale. The hypothesis was accepted. For the sameple with different sex and cancer didn’t show significknt opinions. This disagreed with the hythesis.

          3. The showed problems and obitacles were no continuity of community planning operation that lead to was participation no intrest of public, larch of understanding in stralegy planning operation. The suggetions were actual problems show on put in stralegy plan, community plan showed in volve driving community development, unity in operation showed be promoted, experts in having to increase explanse showed be provided, and cooperation in follow-up and aries show be serialy function.
