Abstract


Abstract

          The purposes of this research were  1) to determine the satisfaction of the working performance accordance whit Sangahavatthudhamma of the police officers  at Banhong police station, 2) Analyze the satisfaction by comparing personal factors, 3) to study problems, obstacles and the path to adapt the working performance accordance whit Sangahavatthudhamma of the police  at Banhong police station,and 4) to study the success of the working performance accordance whit Sangahavatthudhamma of the police officers  at Banhong police station.

          The research is conducted by Mix Method and representative samplings consist of 380 people. The research data is collected by questionnaires that have been invented by the researcher. Moreover, the data is then analyzed by Statistical Package for the Social Science. This includes optimization of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and t-test. It is also analyzed by the one-way ANOVA.

 

The findings of this research are as follows :

1.The average satisfaction of the working performance accordance with Sangahavatthudhamma of the police officers at Banhong police station is in abundance with the point of 4.045 in overview and when considered on review as Samanattata : even equal treatment, Dana : generosity and  Atthacariya : useful conduct.

2.The comparision of the satisfaction of working performance accordance with Sangahavatthudhamma of the police officers at Banhong police station in accordance with the four Sangahavatthu-s. In aspects of individual factors, it finds that there is difference of opinion. Regardless of gender, age, educational background, occupation or monthly inc Ome the people of Banhong share the same opinion. They are pleased with the police department.

                       3.The problem, obstacles and the recommendations to the working performance accordance whit Sangahavatthudhamma of the police officers at Banhong police station, the research finds that most

most issues were rectified after the initial response.

4.The study finds that the organization should continue to promote participation in service and hire staff with service in mind. Peoples confidence and acceptance in service of Banhong Police Station Lumphun  province in accordance with the four Sangahavatthu-s.
