ABSTRACT
The main objectives of this research are 1) to study opinions on The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Province 2) to compare theopinions on The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Province 3) tostudy the problems, hindrances and suggestions to The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Province and 4) to guidelines for The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai ProvinceThe study was conducted byMixed Methods with the application of quantitative and qualitative researchs, sample of the study consists personnelin schools(board of school, teacher and Board of Education) and board of student are207 people in,Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Provinceusing a Stratified Purposive Sampling method based on the ready-made table ofsample-size calculation of Krejecie& Morgan. Statistics used for the data analysis includesPercentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test, Data Groupingfor Content Analysis Technique)
The findings of the study are concluded as follows:
1. From the result of the data analysis of opinions on The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Province high level ( = 3.99) in all aspects. while individually considering it was found to be high in all four aspects from the most to the least i.e., administration, academic administration, personnel administration and budget administration
2. From the result of the comparative analysis of the Opinion’s personnelin schools and board of studenton.The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Provincewas found significant different at .๐๕ level
3. The problems and suggestions to The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Provinceare: 1)academic administration wasschoolwithout ofappliedmedia technologyandeducational innovation.2) budget administration was the budget hasbeen allocated bythe governmentis limited.3) personnel administration was training anddevelopare notconsistently4) administration was building isnot enough andtheenvironmentis notsuitable forteaching.
4. For the guidelines for The Opinions on effectiveness of management of administrators ofPhrapariyattidhamma schools, general education section, at Chiang Mai Provincewas academic administrationto supportinnovationand technologyeducation. budget administration was supported bya moregovernment and other agencies. personnel administrationto supportstaffto developskills andknowledge. administration was to renovationthatis conducive toeducation.
For the qualitative studyfoundwasthemost informationwith a focus one ducation reform modern school. And to bringing the issue to the planning and development of a performance by thecommunity toparticipate intheeducation
