          The purses of this research were; (1) to study the principle of the Insight Meditation practice in Theravada Buddhism (2) to study the guideline of the Insight Meditation Practice of Watsantivanaram Banchiang Sub-district, Nhonghan District, Udonthani Province and (3) to study the results of the Insight Meditation practice of individuals who entered to be trained in Watsantivanaram Banchiang Sub-district, Nhonghan District, Udonthani Province.

          The results of the research were found that the Insight Meditation practice in Theravada Buddhism is that the Tranquil Meditation means the trick or the method to make the mind calm or calls it in the other way that the method makes the mind concentrated while the Insight Meditation means the wisdom that can realize of the truth or know clearly the things. The development of life in accordance with the way of Buddhism is to apply the principle of Dhamma for training in order to know and understand all things as they are.

          The guideline of the Insight Meditation practice of Watsantivanaram is the way to reach people really and enhances people to have the faith in the Triple Gems. The Insight Meditation preachers teach the method how to practice the Insight Meditation in compliance with the model of the Four Foundation of Mindfulness, that is,  to teach the ground for viz: hair, feathers, nail, teeth and skin as the sense-objects for the ground for mental culture to the new Buddhist monks and practitioners  to study and to apply them as the methods in practicing Dhamma in order to make the mind peacefulness and concentrated.

          The results of behavioral Insight meditation practice of people who come to practice Dhamma in Watsantivanarm were found that the most people who passed the training processes of Watsantivanaram had the satisfactory behaviors, especially individuals who lived in the Right view family in Buddhism and used to participate in practicing Dhamma before. They changed their behaviors in better way and more understood the teachings of Buddhism. They are satisfied with the teaching of Insight Meditation and most of them want the membership in their families to practice the Insight Meditation continuously in order to more refine their minds. To apply the principle of the Insight Meditation for their daily lives must use the Mindfulness and Awareness, uses the sympathetic attention in considering the occurring problems and the methods to solve the problems, contemplating the Dhamma circumstance as really known, to glance on the life and the world as they really are, that is, the application of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness for the youths in learning period of ages, to be able to apply the principle of the Foundations of Mindfulness for the learning procedures sufficiently, to be aware to think before making decision and solving the problems as reasonable, to have the peaceful, relaxant and sound mind, to use the reasonability more than the emotions, to have goof attitude towards Buddhism, to be well-behaved, to have wisdom, reasonable thought, to use the awareness beyond the emotion, to know the properness, to know what  appropriate is or not appropriate, to make the personality better and to improve oneself with all situations of change of the world and the lives.
