The purpose of this research was 1) to study the state of conflict management in schools under the Office of Educational Service Area 2) to develop conflict management strategies according to the principles of Buddhist Administration Education. The results of the study found that:

1. The state of conflict management in schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Educational Service Area was found to be at a high level.
