Abstract

This research was aimed to study the state of learning management according to Moderate Class, More Knowledge policy on physical education based on Buddhist educational administration of primary schools in Bang Pa-in district under Phranakhorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, to analyze the state of learning management according to Moderate Class, More Knowledge policy on physical education based on Buddhist educational administration of primary schools in Bang Pa-in district under Phranakhorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and to propose a guideline of learning management according to Moderate Class, More Knowledge policy on physical education based on Buddhist educational administration of primary schools in Bang Pa-in district under Phranakhorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The data were collected from 136 teachers by questionnaires and by in-depth interviews, and then analyzed by mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results of the study showed that:

1. The state of learning management according to Moderate Class, More Knowledge policy on physical education based on Buddhist educational administration of primary schools in Bang Pa-in district under Phranakhorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in 2 aspects was appropriate at the maximum level.

2. The results of the analysis of learning management according to Moderate Class, More Knowledge policy on physical education based on Buddhist educational administration of primary schools in Bang Pa-in district under Phranakhorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 indicated that teachers must love their profession, have loving-kindness to their students, teach in the subject relevant to their qualifications, maintain on teacher’s etiquettes, pay attention to their students and have intention in teaching profession.

3. The guidelines for learning management according to Moderate Class, More Knowledge policy on physical education based on Buddhist educational administration of primary schools in Bang Pa-in district under Phranakhorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were that; teachers should be happy with their profession, adjust and apply their teaching methods to situations, have the will to learn and improve themselves, behave as a good model of students and others, integrate morality and ethics in their teaching, implant and inspire students in learning and good living, evaluate each student individually, and improve their teaching methods all the time.
