Regarding the problems and suggestions, Problems and obstacles: The Sangha had no budget for development in many areas, especially on education matters, lack of chanting and regular basis monastic daily routine, the work is not clear and decisive, communication is not clear, trudge to work often with no development of new things.  Conflicts between home and temple, failure to respect each other’s, little need to treat adults, problem of drug and other causes of ruins which are major problems of Sangha to be solved urgently.

The monthly Buddhist disciplinary code (Pàñimokkha) had to be observed not only in Buddhist Lent period but also throughout the year by every temple. To resolve the conflict between Sangha and home, training to provide knowledge to respect each other, to developed innovations for the benefits of groups, and find a way to prevent drug abuses, and help monitoring thoroughly.
