A Guideline for Creating Organization Loyalty Based on Buddha dharma for School Personnel under The Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 2 Arts (Buddhist Educational Administration)

Abstract

The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the state of organization loyalty of school personnel based on Buddhadhamma, 2) to study factors affecting the organization loyalty of school personnel based on Buddhadhamma, and 3) to propose a guideline for creating organization loyalty based on Buddhadhamma for school personnel under The Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 2. The quantitative data of this multidiscipline research were collected by questionnaires from 317 samples and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 5 key-informants and analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study found that:

1. The state of organization loyalty based on Buddhadhamma of school personnel under Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 2 in 6 aspects was at a high level overall.

2. The factors affecting the organization loyalty of school personnel based on Buddhadhamma were as follows; Giving was for organization relationship, Kindly speech for sensation, Useful conduct for behavior, and Even and equal treatment for continuity of organization membership.

3. A guideline for creating organization loyalty based on Buddhadhamma for school personnel under The Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 2 was that; Giving referred to sharing and providing hospitality, assistance, objects, and knowledge to others, Kindly speech was to say advantages and disadvantages with kindness, and to speak politely, Useful conduct was to behave for the gain of oneself and of the others, and to sacrifice to the public, and Even and equal treatment was ability to adjust oneself and to solve problems with others and to build unity in school. Based on the 4 principles of service, schools could create loyalty of their personnel and mobilize teaching and learning system according to Thailand 4.0 effectively.
