In 18-23 March 2010 Phrakrupalad Suwatthanavachirakhun, the Director of BRI and the Vice-Abbot of Wat Arun and the staff of BRI welcomed the Most Venerable Sangharaja, Tibbatuwawe Sri Siddhartha Sumangala Mahanyaka Thero of Malwatta Temple, Kandy, Sri Lanka and other five members while their visit to MCU. The group was intending to observe the Thai Buddhist culture and to make a religious visit to neighboring countries including Thailand as follows:

18^th March 2010: Religious visit to Wat Traimitaravidyarama

19^th March 2010: Siam Reap Province, Cambodia

22^nd March 2010: MCU, Wang Noi, Ayutthaya

23^rd – 28^th March 2010: South Korea

29^th – 2^nd April 2010: Japan

3^rd - 4^th April2010: MCU, Bangkok, Thailand
